• Residential address 
• Date of birth
• Phone number
• An alternative contact person (not living at the same address)

You will also need to present 2 acceptable forms of ID. These include Driver's licence, Passport as a primary ID. A secondary ID can be a credit card, eftpos, Debit card, 18+ Card, Super Gold Card, or Community Services Card, with your name embossed on the card. If you have lived in New Zealand for less than 2 years, or it is your first hire purchase, additional criteria may apply.
